Front Desk Administrator - Warmland dental

About Us:

We are a small but busy dental office dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We're seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Administrator with dental experience to join our team.

Warmland Dental has proudly served Duncan and surrounding communities for many years, offering a complete range of dental services, including general dentistry, implants, CEREC same-day crowns, and full-mouth restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with a smile; ensure a lasting positive impression for them.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to optimize the daily schedule with limited gaps.
  • Handle patient inquiries, calls, and manage confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Process insurance claims, billing, referral letters, and patient correspondence; manage and maintain patient records and charts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience; previous dental office experience is required.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs are considered an asset.
