Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator

This is a hybrid position based out of Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre. Working with the Team Lead, Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and carrying out full cycle Accounts Payable functions in a high volume, fast-paced, multi-location company.
Role Overview:
- Understand a fully automated paperless Accounts Payable model
- Liaison with third party supplier on invoice completion
- Audit processed invoices eligible for payment
- Respond, Action, and Resolve inquiries using an internal ticket solution tool
- Ensure clear communication and timely resolution to inquiries
- Collaborate with vendors, practices and internal departments to ensure invoices are received, processed and paid according to company policies
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and statements
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
What we're looking for
- At least 2 to 3 years full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Must be fluently Bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 3 years of ERP system administration for Accounts Payable functions (Dynamics, Oracle, Great Plains, SAP, Pronto)
- Experience with NetSuite and Coupa an asset
- Exposure to a fast-paced multi-location organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with intermediate level excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and resolve high volume of inquiries in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience using a ticketing system would be an asset
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
