The team used both traditional and agile methodologies in designing the solution, relying on a blend of various learning approaches and technologies: self-paced eLearning, mentorship, virtual classroom, and social collaboration. The program includes hands-on guidance and clinical skill development from a network of dentalcorp Partner mentors who are leaders in the field, and a robust evaluative component that allows the accurate measurement of the program’s effectiveness.
