Alyson leads Dentalcorp’s practice recruitment strategy, supporting the growth and performance of clinical teams across the country. She oversees national recruitment efforts for hygienists, dental assistants, and practice support roles, working closely with regional and practice leaders to align talent needs with business goals.

Alyson brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare and marketing recruitment, with a focus on scalable hiring strategies, team building, and operational execution. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University.
