Harpal leads Dentalcorp’s Operations Strategy and Insights team, supporting the advancement of the company’s operational model through strategic planning, performance analytics, and continuous improvement. His team collaborates with cross-functional groups to develop scalable, data-informed solutions that enhance operational efficiency and execution across the network.

With over 15 years of experience in analytics, strategic planning, and operational excellence, Harpal has held leadership roles across the telecommunications, retail, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries – including one of Canada’s largest retailers. His cross-industry expertise brings a well-rounded perspective to operational challenges and innovation. Harpal holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and a Bachelor of Commerce from York University.
