Ryan McArthur 

Vice President, Real Estate 

Ryan is responsible for the organization's real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, landlord relationship management, and oversight of practice renovations, expansions, and new build opportunities.  

Ryan has held various corporate real estate roles over the years and has extensive experience dealing with large national landlords and managing complex capital projects. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph with a focus on Real Estate.
