LEADERSHIP
  • Collaborate with Practice Partners to ensure alignment of Practice objectives
  • Encourage and build team through effective hiring, training and ongoing performance management
  • Establish and maintain effective communication throughout the Practice
  • Is available to all team members for support and guidance
  • Coach and direct service providers and team members to achieve objectives
  • Co-ordinates and hosts daily team meetings and promotes team education
  • Maintains composure under pressure during times of change
ADMINISTRATION
  • Ensure optimal utilization of dentalcorp Support Centre services
  • Ensure effective provider, team and patient scheduling
  • Accountable for all patient financial arrangements/payment plans
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration
  • Complete all daily banking
  • Oversee accounts receivable process
  • Carry out proper human resource functions including hiring, terminations, employee relations, performance reviews and health and safety compliance
  • Proficiency in the use of dental software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Regulations and ensure all team members are trained and familiar for safe practice
