In this role, you will
- Grow the clear aligner service, across the network, through the build and execution of an effective service line strategy.
- Monitor and research market and industry trends to ensure that we are offering the best to our patients and identify new opportunities in delivery of the service.
- Devise long-term development strategies for the service
- Provide operational oversight for delivery and evaluation of clear aligner service; continuously develop and implement relevant strategies and innovative solutions to identify opportunities and address gaps
- Develop forecasts and regularly report on progress against KPIs to deliver network growth plans; review and evolve plans throughout the year, adjusting as required to meet plans.
- Partner with DCI, dentalcorp’ s training institute, to develop, maintain and enhance training curriculum based on the needs of the network.
- Partner with Marketing develop and execute marketing plans for the service.
- Partner with Procurement, plan activities and cultivate strong relationships with National Vendors and work with them to build network-wide business plans to optimize patient care and drive practice performance.
- Work closely with all field teams to execute plans across the network.
What we're looking for
- Post-secondary education in Business, healthcare or related field
- 5 years of category development/management experience
- Experience in dental industry preferred and considered a strong asset
- Experience in the Clear Aligner Therapy service is an asset.
- Strong Financial Acumen and experience managing financial performance.
- Ability to gather and synthesize customer, competitor and market information into insight and action plans.

This is a hybrid role located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and you will be responsible for providing support on all areas within the finance department. As the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting you will serve as a technical accounting resource for dentalcorp, overseeing the preparation of external financial statements, MD&A and annual information form disclosures as well as supporting the preparation and deployment of accounting policies and technical accounting assistance. This position will report to the Vice President, Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy.
The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting has a strong knowledge of IFRS and, ideally, US GAAP—and has a demonstrated record in working with complex accounting issues (e.g. IFRS 2, IFRS 3, IFRS 9 and IFRS 16) and developing an understanding of new accounting guidance in order to establish appropriate accounting policies. They work with dentalcorp’s external auditors and advisors to ensure organizational compliance and identify and explain emerging trends that impact regulatory reporting requirements. Complexity is a favoured terrain for the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, and they support the evolution of dentalcorp’s financial environment as the organization undergoes dynamic change.
In this role, you will
- Assist the team in the preparation of dentalcorp’s external financial statements and MD&A in accordance with IFRS (and prospectively U.S. GAAP, if required). Assistance also with the preparation of the annual information form and management information circular.
- Research and implement new accounting standards under IFRS (and prospectively U.S. GAAP) and other public company related regulations across the organization. Prepare various technical position papers to address the application of accounting standards to dentalcorp. Communicate new pronouncements and interpretations, develop dentalcorp positions for application, and develop materials for training of key internal stakeholders.
- Provide assistance to finance team members with executing on the requirements of IFRS, including IFRS 2, Share-based payments, IFRS 3, Business Combinations, IFRS 9, Financial Instruments and IFRS 16 Leases (and prospectively, their U.S equivalents).
- Actively participate in both formal and informal reviews with business units, various corporate functions, and other key members of the finance team to ensure financial transactions and financial statement disclosures are complete and accurate.
- Assist with management for the external audit process—prepare audited financial statements, note disclosures, resolve audit queries, and monitor overall status. Ensure auditor agreement with dentalcorp decisions on accounting disclosures and issues.
- Support the Vice President, Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy with day-to-day activities as required.
What we’re looking for
- University degree in accounting/commerce.
- Professional accounting designation.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in either Big-4 public practice accounting or a combination of Big-4 and publicly traded organization environments.
- Experience working as an Experienced Manager or Senior Manager of Financial Reporting in a retail or healthcare environment an asset. US experience or work history in dual-listed organizations an asset.
- Strong knowledge and experience with preparing financial statements and management discussion and analysis (MD&A) regulatory filings and calculation of industry-appropriate financial and operational metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in the research of new accounting pronouncements and their impact to the organization.

This is a hybrid role located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre. Reporting to the Manager, IT Security and Systems you will manage and maintain IT systems and architecture on dentalcorp’s environment.
In this role, you will
- Design and implement ALB, NLB, Security Hub recommendation.
- Have a good understanding of Azure AD and Intune.
- Have strong experience using Microsoft Exchange as you will be responsible for migrating local exchange users to the Cloud
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of our AWS systems, including installation, management, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Implement and manage network security measures in AWS to maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Regularly conduct system audits to analyze and improve performance, security, and capacity in the AWS cloud.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to facilitate code deployment, version control, and other development support processes in AWS.
- Plan and execute system updates and upgrades in AWS, minimizing downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments within AWS.
- Prepare technical documentation and manuals relating to system configuration, operation, and AWS best practices.

What we're looking for
- At least 7 to 10 years experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Serve as a Senior System Administrator on the Microsoft Stack (Azure, Windows Server, O365/M365, Windows 10, 11, SharePoint).
- Strong Microsoft Exchange and on-premise experience
- Strong Windows Hardening experience
- Good understanding of DNS servers
- Strong experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, ALB, NLB, Security Hub, CloudWatch, VPC, and more.

In this role, you will

Purpose of the Position
- The People Experience Coordinator acts as the front-line to HR Services and uses knowledge management/case management tools and experience to provide first level inquiry management and resolution.
- The People Experience Coordinator completes data and transaction processing and management for core processes where self-service is not available (e.g., new hire onboarding, separations, employee data administration, etc.)
- This role focuses on documenting, handling, and resolving HR customer inquiries, while focusing on service delivery, coordination with other HR team members, and continuous improvement
In this role, you will
- Overall be responsible for inquiry resolution in an efficient and courteous manner, as well as day-to- day transaction processing in case management system and HRIS system
- Escalate / redirect contacts where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures as required
- Document inquiries with accurate classification and resolution action
- Provide support and guidance on workflow of direct access transactions based on policies and guidelines in cases where assistance is required
- Flag where Knowledge Management systems need to be updated with content to help with future inquiry resolution and / or employee and manager direct access
- Promote the customer experience and increase satisfaction through efficient and courteous service
- Enter data and complete transactions as it relates to employee or master data, onboarding, compensation, employee separations, time entry, performance, compensation, and contingent worker support in appropriate systems
- Collect completed and legislatively required documentation (electronic and/or paper) and ensure HR system data is complete and accurate
- Implement process and content changes as directed by the Centres of Expertise
- Audit completed transactions and data to ensure accuracy and follow up where required
- Distribute reports as required to HR customers; share frequent custom reports as suggestions for standardized reports to HR systems team
- Resolve data entry issues and employee data corrections as required
- Consult programs, policies, and key documentation to resolve employee inquiries
What we’re looking for
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years' human resources experience
- Analytical abilities to monitor service levels, performance, and metrics to inform course of action
- Detail-oriented to ensure completeness and quality of information entered into HR systems

This is a hybrid role located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and you will play a pivotal role in the internal controls testing program. You will assess, report, and make recommendations for improving dentalcorp’s IT activities through risk-based audit and controls testing plans. You will also perform testing on the effectiveness of internal controls, evaluate findings, provide reports and recommendations, and advise internal company stakeholders.
In this role, you will
- Perform testing of IT automated controls and IT general controls to support Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) requirements.
- Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, narratives and risk and control matrix (RCM), and audit procedures designed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs and controls established.
- Perform detailed testing in accordance with audit methodology and regulatory expectations.
- Present audit findings to senior management within the Internal Audit team.
- Maintain effective relationships with the business and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Continually monitor and update the assessment of the control environment, keeping current with significant control issues, trends and developments internally and externally.
- Review and assess the implementation of new controls as necessary.
- Review Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports and perform testing of complementary user entity controls.
- Work with external auditors to align on testing results..
- Perform testing for operational audits as per the risk-based audit plan.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of relevant experience in audit, with post-practice experience within the internal audit function at a public company an asset—U.S. or dual-listed firms preferred.
- Post-Secondary Education in Accounting and Commerce.
- Professional Accounting Designation.
- Accreditation as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in progress or complete.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) an asset.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls, IT COBIT framework, and COSO internal controls integrated framework.
- ERP experience with NetSuite and Workday an asset.
- Experience and knowledge with all aspects of IT, corporate accounting, internal audit, and financial management.
- Proven project management skills.

The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting has a strong knowledge of IFRS and, ideally, US GAAP—and has a demonstrated record in working with complex accounting issues (e.g. IFRS 2, IFRS 3, IFRS 9 and IFRS 16) and developing an understanding of new accounting guidance in order to establish appropriate accounting policies. They work with dentalcorp’s external auditors and advisors to ensure organizational compliance and identify and explain emerging trends that impact regulatory reporting requirements. Complexity is a favoured terrain for the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting, and they support the evolution of dentalcorp’s financial environment as the organization undergoes dynamic change.
In this role, you will
- Assist the team in the preparation of dentalcorp’s external financial statements and MD&A in accordance with IFRS (and prospectively U.S. GAAP, if required). Assistance also with the preparation of the annual information form and management information circular.
- Research and implement new accounting standards under IFRS (and prospectively U.S. GAAP) and other public company related regulations across the organization. Prepare various technical position papers to address the application of accounting standards to dentalcorp. Communicate new pronouncements and interpretations, develop dentalcorp positions for application, and develop materials for training of key internal stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position based out of dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre. Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, you will be providing operational support for the newly created HR Shared Services Team (DC Connect).This a 12 month full time contract opportunity.
Purpose of the Position- The People Experience Coordinator acts as the front-line to HR Services and uses knowledge management/case management tools and experience to provide first level inquiry management and resolution.
- The People Experience Coordinator completes data and transaction processing and management for core processes where self-service is not available (e.g., new hire onboarding, separations, employee data administration, etc.)
- This role focuses on documenting, handling, and resolving HR customer inquiries, while focusing on service delivery, coordination with other HR team members, and continuous improvement
In this role, you will- Overall be responsible for inquiry resolution in an efficient and courteous manner, as well as day-to- day transaction processing in case management system and HRIS system
- Escalate / redirect contacts where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures as required
- Document inquiries with accurate classification and resolution action
- Provide support and guidance on workflow of direct access transactions based on policies and guidelines in cases where assistance is required
- Flag where Knowledge Management systems need to be updated with content to help with future inquiry resolution and / or employee and manager direct access
- Promote the customer experience and increase satisfaction through efficient and courteous service
- Enter data and complete transactions as it relates to employee or master data, onboarding, compensation, employee separations, time entry, performance, compensation, and contingent worker support in appropriate systems
- Collect completed and legislatively required documentation (electronic and/or paper) and ensure HR system data is complete and accurate
- Implement process and content changes as directed by the Centres of Expertise
- Audit completed transactions and data to ensure accuracy and follow up where required
- Distribute reports as required to HR customers; share frequent custom reports as suggestions for standardized reports to HR systems team
- Resolve data entry issues and employee data corrections as required
- Consult programs, policies, and key documentation to resolve employee inquiries
What we’re looking for
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years' human resources experience
- Analytical abilities to monitor service levels, performance, and metrics to inform course of action
- Detail-oriented to ensure completeness and quality of information entered into HR systems
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit stakeholder and situation; ability to be patient, empathic, and persuasive
- Action-orientation, to take initiative and execute tasks efficiently and effectively within service framework
- Knowledge and experience across multiple HR domains to support inquiry resolution, and redirecting escalated and/or complex cases to the appropriate stakeholder group
- Exposure to digital HR solutions to coach others in their use (i.e., self-service and HRIS data entry)
- Collaboration and teamwork across HR and other departments to enable operation of the service delivery model
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to a wide variety of stakeholders interacting with the People Experience team
- Knowledge of applicable laws and legislations
- Strong written communication skills to answer employee inquiries, write FAQs, or build project documentation to support continuous improvement

This is a hybrid role located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and you will play a pivotal role in the internal controls testing program. You will assess, report, and make recommendations for improving dentalcorp’s IT activities through risk-based audit and controls testing plans. You will also perform testing on the effectiveness of internal controls, evaluate findings, provide reports and recommendations, and advise internal company stakeholders.
In this role, you will
- Perform testing of IT automated controls and IT general controls to support Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) requirements.
- Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, narratives and risk and control matrix (RCM), and audit procedures designed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs and controls established.
- Perform detailed testing in accordance with audit methodology and regulatory expectations.
- Present audit findings to senior management within the Internal Audit team.
- Maintain effective relationships with the business and provide process improvement recommendations.
- Continually monitor and update the assessment of the control environment, keeping current with significant control issues, trends and developments internally and externally.
- Review and assess the implementation of new controls as necessary.
- Review Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports and perform testing of complementary user entity controls.
- Work with external auditors to align on testing results..
- Perform testing for operational audits as per the risk-based audit plan.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of relevant experience in audit, with post-practice experience within the internal audit function at a public company an asset—U.S. or dual-listed firms preferred.
- Post-Secondary Education in Accounting and Commerce.
- Professional Accounting Designation.
- Accreditation as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) in progress or complete.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) an asset.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls, IT COBIT framework, and COSO internal controls integrated framework.
- ERP experience with NetSuite and Workday an asset.
- Experience and knowledge with all aspects of IT, corporate accounting, internal audit, and financial management.
- Proven project management skills.
- Outstanding business communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex financial information into everyday language, and able to influence and engage with partners across diverse organizations.

In this role, you will
- Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with the Operations and FP&A Teams to develop and monitor annual budgets, as well as improve and streamline the budgeting and planning process.
