Relevant du President de Dentalcorp, le poste s'agit d'un rôle nouvellement créé qui supervisera les opérations au Québec de nos plus de 90 cliniques dentaires et assumera la responsabilité opérationnelle et P&L de plus de 130 millions de dollars de revenus, avec pour mandat d'améliorer la performance du Québec. Le ou la Directeur(trice) Exécutif sera responsable d'une équipe de plus de 1 500 équipiers au Québec. Ce rôle pourrait également avoir des fonctions de soutien supplémentaires qui lui seront rattachées à l'avenir. L'équipe des opérations sur le terrain comprend une équipe de gestionnaires régionaux, qui ont la responsabilité d'environ 20 cliniques dentaires chacun, une directrice des opérations et une VP des opérations.
Ce rôle sera responsable de superviser les opérations quotidiennes, la performance et la croissance de toutes les cliniques dentaires dans la province de Québec. En partenariat avec les fonctions du centre de soutien, notamment le marketing, l'informatique, les finances et les ressources humaines, vous piloterez une prestation de services qui prend en charge nos pratiques. Principales Responsabilités:
Stratégie et croissance : élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique complet pour une croissance organique dynamique des revenus et de la rentabilité. Développer et exécuter des secteurs de croissance, y compris des programmes pour les implants, l'ortho, l'excellence en hygiène, l'optimisation de la pratique et d'autres opportunités identifiées. Collaborer activement avec le président et l'équipe de haute direction pour établir des objectifs de croissance à court et à long terme et des mesures de responsabilité claires.

Opérations : diriger des opérations hautement performantes, soutenues par le développement continu d'une infrastructure, de processus et d'efficacité opérationnelle appropriés pour maximiser la productivité et la performance financière emplacement par emplacement et globalement à travers le réseau. Maintenir les normes de qualité les plus élevées et les meilleures pratiques et soutenir la stratégie de croissance globale. Collaborez avec le marketing pour définir la stratégie de mise sur le marché et envisager toutes les alternatives stratégiques pour créer de la valeur et capturer des opportunités commerciales.

Ce que nous recherchons
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, commerce, Baccalauréat en administration, programme de formation professionnelle CPA, diplôme d'etudes supérieure de préférence.
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) sera essentiel.
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans des rôles de haute direction en tant que PDG, COO ou autre rôle de haute direction au sein d'une entreprise située en contact avec des patients ou des consommateurs, avec les soins de santé comme préférence.
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'une entreprise de taille et de complexité similaires, y compris la gestion de P&L de plus de 100 millions de dollars.
- Sens aigu des affaires et des finances et capacité démontrée à gérer habilement le personnel, la capacité, le retour sur investissement, le budget, les marges, les offres de services et de produits afin de mettre en œuvre et de générer des résultats opérationnels stratégiques et pertinents.

Located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and reporting to the Director, IT Operations. The ideal candidate would possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in cyber security.
Role Overview
- Manage the security operations team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behaviours
- Align standards, frameworks and security with the overall business and technology strategy
- Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats to the business
- Identify security design gaps in Dentalcorp’s existing security posture and propose architectural enhancements or changes
- Work with members of the security team to investigate and bring to a close security breaches and cyber security incidents.
- Work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness of security technologies and processes
- Own and manage various security technologies to ensure the highest standard of security
- Own and manage vulnerability management, including performing monthly Microsoft patch scans and quarterly vulnerability assessments, reporting results to management, and championing the remediation process.
- Attend Change Advisory Board meetings to ensure that changes requested do not expose dentalcorp to undue risk
- Develop, improve and manage data-driven metrics reporting on key performance indicators including anti-virus statistics, management of cyber incidents and operational activities
- Facilitate financial and regulatory IT audits, drive PCI/PPI compliance, and achieve high service level availability through regular security monitoring, scanning, and audit coordination
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies, designing and implementing security solutions including continuous monitoring and making improvements to those solutions.
- A professional certification (or suitable compensating experience) in the audit (CISA, etc) or security field (CISSP or CISM for instance)
- Familiarity in any of the traditional audit frameworks (COBiT, SOC Type II)
- Strong experience in privacy regulations (PIPEDA, HIPAA, CASL or equivalent)
- Exposure to forensic toolkits with a particular emphasis on IT-related knowledge
- Proven success at traditional and Agile project management software development methodologies, strong time management skills, interpersonal and conflict resolution & management expertise
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills
- A strong ability to influence and discuss complex technology problems in business language
- Must be an excellent and polished communicator who may be called upon to create and present materials to senior leadership

This position is based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre and is a four day a week in office opportunity from Monday to Thursday. Reporting to the Manager, People Services, you will be providing operational support for the newly created HR Shared Services Team (DC Connect).
Purpose of the position
- The People Services Coordinator acts as the front-line to HR Services and uses knowledge management/case management tools and experience to provide first level inquiry management and resolution.
- The People Services Coordinator completes data and transaction processing and management for core processes where self-service is not available (e.g., new hire onboarding, separations, employee data administration, etc.)
- This role focuses on documenting, handling, and resolving HR customer inquiries, while focusing on service delivery, coordination with other HR team members, and continuous improvement
In this role, you will
- Overall be responsible for inquiry resolution in an efficient and courteous manner, as well as day-to- day transaction processing in case management system and HRIS system
- Escalate / redirect contacts where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures as required
- Document inquiries with accurate classification and resolution action
- Provide support and guidance on workflow of direct access transactions based on policies and guidelines in cases where assistance is required
- Flag where Knowledge Management systems need to be updated with content to help with future inquiry resolution and / or employee and manager direct access
- Promote the customer experience and increase satisfaction through efficient and courteous service
- Enter data and complete transactions as it relates to employee or master data, onboarding, compensation, employee separations, time entry, performance, compensation, and contingent worker support in appropriate systems
- Collect completed and legislatively required documentation (electronic and/or paper) and ensure HR system data is complete and accurate
- Implement process and content changes as directed by the Centres of Expertise
- Audit completed transactions and data to ensure accuracy and follow up where required
- Distribute reports as required to HR customers; share frequent custom reports as suggestions for standardized reports to HR systems team
- Resolve data entry issues and employee data corrections as required
- Consult programs, policies, and key documentation to resolve employee inquiries
What we’re looking for
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or a related field, or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' human resources experience
- Analytical abilities to monitor service levels, performance, and metrics to inform course of action
- Detail-oriented to ensure completeness and quality of information entered into HR systems
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit stakeholder and situation; ability to be patient, empathic, and persuasive
- Action-orientation, to take initiative and execute tasks efficiently and effectively within service framework
- Knowledge and experience across multiple HR domains to support inquiry resolution, and redirecting escalated and/or complex cases to the appropriate stakeholder group
- Exposure to digital HR solutions to coach others in their use (i.e., self-service and HRIS data entry)
- Collaboration and teamwork across HR and other departments to enable operation of the service delivery model
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to a wide variety of stakeholders interacting with the People Services team
- Knowledge of applicable laws and legislations

This role located at Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and would involve travel . Reporting to the Senior Director Compliance the successful candidate will play an important role as a dental practice auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough in person audits of dental practices across Canada to assess compliance with regulatory standards, operational efficiency, accuracy of the patient chart, adherence to billing and claims submission protocols, and overall quality of patient care. As a person who loves travelling and spending time building relationships in dental offices, your audits will provide valuable insights and recommendations to help practices maintain ambitious standards of care, improve operational processes, and ensure conformity with legal and ethical guidelines.
Role Overview
- Conduct Audits: Perform comprehensive audits of dental practices, including clinical notes and records, billing practices, compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. sedation and radiation standards of practice, infection control protocols, and overall clinical operations).

What we’re looking for

Role Overview- Manage the security operations team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behaviours
- Align standards, frameworks and security with the overall business and technology strategy
- Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats to the business
- Identify security design gaps in Dentalcorp’s existing security posture and propose architectural enhancements or changes

- Work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and effectiveness of security technologies and processes
- Own and manage various security technologies to ensure the highest standard of security
- Own and manage vulnerability management, including performing monthly Microsoft patch scans and quarterly vulnerability assessments, reporting results to management, and championing the remediation process.

What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies, designing and implementing security solutions including continuous monitoring and making improvements to those solutions.
- A professional certification (or suitable compensating experience) in the audit (CISA, etc) or security field (CISSP or CISM for instance)
- Familiarity in any of the traditional audit frameworks (COBiT, SOC Type II)
- Strong experience in privacy regulations (PIPEDA, HIPAA, CASL or equivalent)
- Exposure to forensic toolkits with a particular emphasis on IT-related knowledge

This position is based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre and is a four day a week in office opportunity from Monday to Thursday. Reporting to the Manager, People Services, you will be providing operational support for the newly created HR Shared Services Team (DC Connect).
Purpose of the position- The People Services Coordinator acts as the front-line to HR Services and uses knowledge management/case management tools and experience to provide first level inquiry management and resolution.
- The People Services Coordinator completes data and transaction processing and management for core processes where self-service is not available (e.g., new hire onboarding, separations, employee data administration, etc.)
- This role focuses on documenting, handling, and resolving HR customer inquiries, while focusing on service delivery, coordination with other HR team members, and continuous improvement
In this role, you will- Overall be responsible for inquiry resolution in an efficient and courteous manner, as well as day-to- day transaction processing in case management system and HRIS system
- Escalate / redirect contacts where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures as required
- Document inquiries with accurate classification and resolution action
- Provide support and guidance on workflow of direct access transactions based on policies and guidelines in cases where assistance is required
- Flag where Knowledge Management systems need to be updated with content to help with future inquiry resolution and / or employee and manager direct access
- Promote the customer experience and increase satisfaction through efficient and courteous service
- Enter data and complete transactions as it relates to employee or master data, onboarding, compensation, employee separations, time entry, performance, compensation, and contingent worker support in appropriate systems

This role located at Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and would involve travel . Reporting to the Senior Director Compliance the successful candidate will play an important role as a dental practice auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough in person audits of dental practices across Canada to assess compliance with regulatory standards, operational efficiency, accuracy of the patient chart, adherence to billing and claims submission protocols, and overall quality of patient care. Role Overview
- Conduct Audits: Perform comprehensive audits of dental practices, including clinical notes and records, billing practices, compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g. sedation and radiation standards of practice, infection control protocols, and overall clinical operations).
- Evaluate Compliance with Regulatory Authorities’ Standards, Bylaws, and Guidelines: Assess the practice's adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Review Documentation: Examine patient records, treatment plans, billing statements, and insurance claims to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations for corrective actions, and suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency and quality of care.
- Assess Operational Efficiency: Analyze practice workflows, appointment scheduling systems, inventory management, and staff productivity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Advise Clinicians, Practice Personnel and Cross-functional Departments: Respond to and Anticipate inquiries from practices regarding a broad array of regulations governing the practice of dentistry and dental hygiene across Canada.
- Educate and Train: Offer guidance and training to dental practice teams, regional managers and other support team groups on regulatory requirements, best practices in clinical care, documentation standards, and compliance protocols.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Dental Hygiene, Dental Assisting, Public Health.
- Previous experience with dental/medical sedation.
- Strong knowledge of radiation standards such as Safety Codes 30.
- Proven experience in auditing, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Intimate knowledge of the healthcare regulatory framework across Canada.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations.

Work Environment:

In this role, you will
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly P&L for corporate expenses to review with upper management

- Maintain accurate records of monthly amortization journal entries

Reporting to the Finance Manager, Revenue and Bank Reconciliations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting monthly revenue reporting and bank reconciliations. You will collaborate closely with various departments and dental practices to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
In this role, you will
- Prepare monthly validation of Revenue for practices directly integrated to NetSuite as part of month-end close procedures.
- Perform daily MDM mapping of service providers to support Revenue reporting, liaise with practice managers and Talent team to obtain information required.
- Review and resolve incomplete bank deposits.
- Request and track pre-acquisition bank statements.
- Distribute and track Invisalign forms.
- Monitor and follow up on balances reported under pre-dentalcorp revenue.
- Perform daily, monthly, and annual bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Monitor and report on any outstanding or unresolved reconciling items.
- Assist in other month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support to internal and external auditors.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support strategic decision-making.
What we're looking for
- College or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition standards, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable.
