Responsabilités principales :
- Vous serez le principal responsable des relations et le contact de soutien d'un réseau de cliniques dentaires assigné. Vous dirigerez une équipe de gestionnaires régionaux.
- Identifier les occasions d'optimisation pour le cliniques cabinets dentaires, favorisant l'excellence des services et la croissance, et sera responsable des objectifs annuels.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour chaque clinique dentaire.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des gains d'efficacité opérationnelle et des opportunités visant à optimiser les soins et l'expérience des patients, à accroître les revenus et la rentabilité, à fidéliser le personnel et à assurer l'entretien physique des cliniques dentaires conformément aux normes.
- Identifier les occasions de favoriser les relations et les synergies au sein du réseau de cliniques dentaires assigné.
- Identifier les opportunités et intervenir, au besoin, pour améliorer le partenariat entre la communauté des cabinets dentaires et le centre de soutien afin d'assurer l'excellence des services.
- Faciliter et soutenir les possibilités d'assistance aux cabinets dentaires et d'atteinte des objectifs par l'intermédiaire des experts du centre de soutien (par exemple, l'équipe des opérations centrales) par l'exécution et/ou la mise en œuvre de nouveaux programmes.
- Encadrer, développer et diriger une équipe de directeurs régionaux et de directeurs de cliniques dentaires.
Ce que nous recherchons

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager with over 6 years of hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta Ads and additional experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and has a strong track record of achieving business goals through paid media strategies.
This position will be 4 days a week in our Toronto office (181 Bay Street), Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, this role requires a deep understanding of analytics, audience segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
In this role, you will
- Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads to support business growth and performance goals.
- Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks and account structures for Paid Social, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Build creatives in collaboration with the brand team to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of tracking and attribution methodologies to accurately measure and evaluate Paid Social campaign performance.
- Develop, manage, and track performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in paid media, with a proven track record of managing high volume campaigns. Bonus point if you have worked on small budget accounts.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads with strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Google Search, Display, Advantage+, Performance Max, etc.).
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
- Experience with budget forecasting, media planning, and pacing analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with campaign automation, scripts, and API integrations is a strong plus.
- Bilingualism in French and English would be considered a strong asset.

This role is based out of Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre (181 Bay Street). You will work 4 days in office Mondays through Thursdays, and 1 day from home on Fridays. Reporting to the Director of Finance, Shared Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accurate and efficient operation of the Workday Payroll function. This involves overseeing the bi-weekly preparation, documentation, and disbursement of payroll in accordance with applicable government legislation for a multi-province Canadian payroll. The Senior Payroll Manager also collaborates with partners in HR, Total Rewards, IT and Operations to support streamlined processes and ensure payroll data integrity. You are a leader who has proven experience effectively managing a team and are driven by excellence.
In this role, you will
- Partner with the Director, Finance Shared Services to develop and execute payroll strategy, addressing challenges and opportunities with data-driven solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing for Canada and multi-state U.S. employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll filings (T4, W-2, 941, RL-1, etc.), remittances, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of employee tax documents (T4, T4A, PIER, etc.).

You are a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager who is enthusiastic about joining a rapidly expanding organization poised for growth. This role is based out of Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre from Monday to Thursday and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Shared Services, you will play a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the accurate calculation of doctor draws and managing the practice month-end close function. This position requires a strong understanding of doctor compensation models and financial analysis. The manager will collaborate with doctors, practice managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compensation for doctors and efficient revenue management.
Key Responsibilities include:
Doctor Draw calculation:
- Collaborate with HR, legal and Talent to ensure correct rates are entered in the commission engine.
- Analyze financial and operational data to calculate doctor draws accurately, considering productivity, revenue generation, contractual agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in draw calculations and address any discrepancies.
- Regularly review and update draw calculations to reflect changes in performance, and contractual agreements.
- Communicate draw calculations to dentists, addressing any questions or concerns.
Partner Variable Compensation:
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and acquisition departments and regularly maintain compensation engine.
- Prepare monthly variable compensation entry based on partner agreement.
- Address partner inquiries, concerns, or disputes related to variable compensation calculations, providing explanations and resolutions as necessary.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics related to doctor compensation and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate draw calculations, revenue trends, and accounts receivable outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of draw calculations and general ledger records.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for doctor compensation and practice month-end close process.
- Set performance goals, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, Talent, Legal and IT, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve overall financial performance.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Doctor Draw calculation:
- Collaborate with HR, legal and Talent to ensure correct rates are entered in the commission engine.
- Analyze financial and operational data to calculate doctor draws accurately, considering productivity, revenue generation, contractual agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in draw calculations and address any discrepancies.
