-Diriger, encadrer et motiver les employés de plusieurs cliniques dentaires afin d'améliorer leur productivité, leur engagement et la rétention des patients.

L’opportunité:

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire pour se joindre à notre clinique dentaire. Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) aura une passion pour nouer des relations fortes avec les patients et contribuer à la réussite de la clinique. Il ou elle joue un rôle essentiel et est responsable de la conduite de la performance de la clinique, l’évaluation du rendement du personnelle et de l'amélioration de l'expérience des patients.

Responsabilités:

Planification et exécution opérationnelles

  • Construire et exécuter des plans pour améliorer les opérations quotidiennes de la pratique en assurant une productivité maximale, l'excellence opérationnelle et l'efficacité
  • Collaborer avec le partenaire et le principe de la pratique pour établir et assurer l'alignement des cibles de la pratique et des stratégies et plans d'exécution
  • Travaille à améliorer les opérations quotidiennes de la pratique; élaborer des stratégies pour augmenter la croissance organique des patients
  • Examiner constamment l'environnement de la clinique et les indicateurs commerciaux clés pour identifier les problèmes, les préoccupations et les opportunités d'amélioration afin de fournir un coaching et une direction à l'équipe

Gestion du P&L

  • Responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs financiers, se concentrer sur l'augmentation des revenus (visites et services), l'EBITDA, l'optimisation des modèles de main-d'œuvre, les consommables et autres dépenses contrôlables

Expérience du patient

  • Affichez le patient avant tout en formant et en tenant l'équipe responsable de la prestation de soins optimaux au patient
  • Aligner la planification du traitement sur les besoins du patient et se concentrer sur les meilleurs soins de santé bucco-dentaire; s'assurer que tous les patients disposent des meilleures et multiples options lors de la prise de décision

Conformité et sécurité des patients

  • Mener par l'exemple. Gérer et superviser tous les programmes de conformité au sein de la pratique
  • S'assurer que toutes les normes de santé sont respectées ou dépassées et fait de la sécurité des patients une priorité absolue

  • Travailler conformément aux politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité du cabinet et conformément à la législation provinciale applicable

Direction

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration

  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred

Operational Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth.
  • Constantly review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team.

Compliance & Patient Safety

  • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensure the clinic is fully compliant and meets the provincial health regulation standards.
  • Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.
  • Work in accordance with the practice’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation.

Leadership

  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
  • Drive the implementation of company programs, policies and procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives.
  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit.
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process.

About You:

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration
  • 3-5 years experience in either a clinical setting, retail sales or customer service environment
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
  • Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
