Dentalcorp, Canada’s largest and one of North America’s fastest-growing networks of dental practices, is proud to announce its founding membership in the newly established Canadian chapter of Women in DSO®, an organization committed to advancing women leaders in the Dental Support Organization (DSO) industry.
As part of this landmark initiative, Nicola Deall, Chief People Officer at Dentalcorp, has been appointed to the Women in DSO® Advisory Board for 2025.
“At Dentalcorp, we are deeply committed to creating pathways for women to lead with confidence and impact, across every level of our industry,” says Nicola Deall. “That is why we are thrilled to be a founding member of Women in DSO® here in Canada and support women leaders in our industry to come together as a community. The DSO model is based on a collective ability to collaborate, support and be better together, and this vision is exemplified by Women in DSO®.”
Dentalcorp is actively fostering the next generation of women leaders through mentorship, professional development, and an inclusive culture that embraces diverse perspectives. Women are at the forefront of shaping the future of dental care at Dentalcorp, from clinical operations to executive roles.
"Dentalcorp is the leading DSO in Canada, and I’ve seen their commitment to empowering women leaders firsthand,” says Dr. Aman Kaur, Founder & CEO of Women in DSO® “This partnership underscores Dentalcorp’s dedication to supporting both current and future women leaders. Working with Nicola and the Dentalcorp team has been a joy, and we’re thrilled to see so many of their key leaders participating in our Canada DSO Summit.
