Dental Administrator/Accounts Receivable - Dandelion Dental

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 4:30.

No weekends!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them

  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps

  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database

  • Prepare and send invoices and account statements to patients and third-party insurers

  • Collect and post patient payments, insurance remittances, and other receivables accurately and in a timely manner

  • Follow up on overdue accounts with patients and insurance providers via phone and email in a professional and respectful manner


About You:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience

  • Experience in an accounts receivable or bookkeeping role would be a strong asset.

  • Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset but not required.
