Monday-Friday (7:45am-5:15pm)

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and motivate the Administrative team to improve productivity, engagement, and retention of patients.
Communication between the front and back ends of the practice
Assist in training and developing new & current Administrative team members
Delegate daily workflow, tasks, and assignments to other Administrators to ensure the team is working as one cohesive unit
Fielding patient conflict, complaints, concerns and diverting to the Partner Dentist as needed
Oversee and optimize the appointment schedule
Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and chart
Reach out to new patients before and after first visit to ensure a great overall customer experience. Address any area of concerns, expectations etc.
About You:
Minimum 3 years of Dental Administration experience is preferred
Team lead experience is an asset
Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
