What began in the old Brentwood Mall has grown into a dynamic, patient-focused practice located in Northland Plaza since 1997. We offer a full range of general dentistry services, including Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, Occlusion and TMD, Dental Implants, Orthodontics, and care for New Patients. With a strong emphasis on education and prevention, we take a long-term approach to helping our patients achieve lasting oral health.

Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 9am-5:30pm; Wednesday 10am-6:30pm; Thursday 6:30am-3:00pm; Friday 9am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
• Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
• Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience
• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
