Join a newly renovated Dawson Dental practice that’s ready for growth and looking for the right Associate to take it to the next level. You’ll walk into a steady schedule, full autonomy to practice within your scope, and the support of a long-tenured, collaborative team. With mentorship, CE access, and a future opportunity to become a Principal Dentist and/or Partner, this role offers both professional and personal growth. This is more than a part-time position — it’s a chance to build your career in a thriving, high-potential practice.
Your Schedule
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(Part-Time to start, with potential to grow into Full-Time)
Practice Snapshot
5 operatories | 3 hygiene chairs
Fully renovated in 2025 – new floors, cabinetry, sterilization area, reception, and operatories
Technology: Abledent PMS, Digital Pan, Digital X-ray, iTero, intraoral cameras (laser available)
Solo provider coverage on clinical days
Clinical Focus & Growth Opportunities
Bread & Butter Dentistry
Invisalign (certified or willing to become certified)
Referrals for complex perio/extractions covered in-house
Full autonomy to provide any treatment within your scope
Dawson network CE, study clubs, and mentorship programs available

About You
Graduate of an accredited DDS/DMD program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with the RCDSO
Valid CPR certification
