Manager, Corporate Recruitment

Who you are


As a Manager of Corporate Recruitment, you will be a key member of the People team, serving as a strategic, full-cycle recruitment leader responsible for attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier talent across our Support Centre and executive-level roles. You will represent our brand as the face of Dentalcorp in the talent market - bringing forward a candidate experience that is engaging, respectful, and memorable. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership, hiring managers, and our People Centres of Excellence to deliver beyond brilliant recruitment outcomes that align with business goals. You will champion our culture and values in every interaction, drive recruitment strategy, and bring innovative, “beyond the status quo” solutions to talent acquisition.

Role Responsibilities:


Recruitment Strategy & Leadership

  • Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our mission, culture, and values to attract top talent.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, salary benchmarking, and competitive intelligence to guide hiring decisions and strategies.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for high-impact and executive-level roles, ensuring a tailored and professional process.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including Boolean search, social media, direct outreach, networking events, referrals, and career fairs.
  • Screen, interview, assess, and guide candidates through the selection process while ensuring alignment with company values and role requirements.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects our commitment to brilliant experiences - from first touch to final offer.
  • Negotiate and extend offers, guiding candidates and managers through compensation conversations.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee the full recruitment process including interview scheduling, background and reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with HR to create offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Track and report on key talent acquisition metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and recruitment funnel performance.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and monthly reporting.

Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Partner with Marketing and Employer Branding teams to design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Work with HR, Leadership, Learning, and Organizational Development teams to ensure recruitment strategies and processes reflect and reinforce our values.
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of our “License to Hire” training for Support Centre leaders.
  • Partner with HR to leverage hiring interactions as opportunities to provide coaching and insights for leaders.
  • Bring forward innovative ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and passive candidates to support future hiring needs.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment, including managing executive-level and high-profile roles.
  • Proven ability to independently manage approximately 15+ active requisitions simultaneously.
  • Prior agency recruitment experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive hiring decisions and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a candidate-centric approach that reflects our values.
  • Strong candidate assessment abilities to identify quality hires aligned with company values.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to track, report, and improve recruitment metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experience.
