Marketing Coordinator, Patient Relationship Management
Who you are
You are an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to change, and are a fast learner. The Marketing Coordinator, Patient Relationship Management, should have a high level of attention to detail and are a data-driven professional. The successful candidate will work on-site 4 days a week from our Toronto office at 181 Bay Street and 1 day a week in their home office.
In this role, you will
Develop and deploy marketing email campaigns using our Email Service Provider (ESP) to achieve various goals and objectives
Develop, test, and implement network-level automations via our ESP
Onboard practices to our CRM and patient sentiment tools
Manage data accuracy throughout the network related to CRM efforts as changes occur (i.e. rebrands)
Identify opportunities to streamline process and execution efforts
Manage pre and post campaign reporting, while presenting opportunities to enhance or innovate within the CRM space
Support with initiatives related to our patient sentiment program
Support with initiatives related to driving hygiene and restorative patient visits
Support with building deployment data for ad hoc email deployments
What we’re looking for
1-3 years experience in a marketing role (or related)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, working cross-functionally and with teammates
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in French is an asset
Proficiency in HTML/CSS is a major asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical with the ability to track, report, and identify insights and opportunities through data
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience
