Last week, our Support Centre team gathered for our quarterly Town Hall to hear updates on our company’s strategic initiatives and celebrate team wins. Our team has grown substantially over this past quarter and it certainly showed in our numbers. With over 150 team members in attendance, this July marked our largest Town Hall yet.
Following our Town Hall, our group ventured over to Assembly Chef’s Hall for our Summer Social. As a high-performing group that demands the very best of ourselves every day, it was a welcome pause for team members to socialize over refreshments, appetizers and a little friendly competition.
“It was great to see all the different departments come together and just talk on a personal level,” said Kaleigh Post, Learning Specialist at dentalcorp. “There were so many different options for food and activities that no one ever felt left out, and the games really made people come together. The competitive side of everyone came out, and it was a blast.”
Lauren Shuman, a Talent Acquisition Specialist who recently joined our Support Centre team noted, “Your first week at a company can be so nerve-wracking, but our summer social celebration made me feel thrilled to be a part of the Support Centre family. Seeing how dentalcorp goes the extra mile to make everyone feel so welcomed makes me look forward to being a part of the company’s future achievements and celebrations.”
